Order Processing & Shipping
We specialize in local flower delivery within Bellingham, WA, and up to a 50-mile radius:
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed at least 3 hours in advance.
- Delivery fees are calculated based on location and displayed at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the order with a neighbor or at the front door (depending on conditions).
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, notify us within 24 hours with a photo. We will offer a replacement or store credit.
- Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund.
